In summary, this comprises site levels and topography and landscaping (hard and soft), road and path layout including owner's and visitor's car parking and setting out details, drainage details including all drain runs, inspection chambers and invert levels and setting out, electricity, water and gas supplies, and hard standings for static caravans. The chosen supplier will be required to prepare a cost plan for all future phases of this project and to prepare tender documentation, drawings and specifications for the construction of Phase 2, to obtain tenders in accordance with our Financial Regulations and industry best practice, and to oversee delivery of the works, including acting as contract administrator and CDM Coordinator. Phase 1 of the project has been completed, but there have been client revisions to the layout of the site plan since completing Phase 1. The chosen supplier will prepare a full detailed design of the revised site masterplan, together with design, specification, tendering, and project management of the delivery of Phase 2. (Note: Phase 2 will not be ordered at the same time as the masterplan and tenders should assume separate orders will be placed, one for the masterplan, and one for delivering Phase 2 - only if Phase 2 is agreed to be implemented. Fee quotes should not assume both pieces of work will be ordered, but should be for stand-alone commissions). To be considered for this commission, organisations should note that they must have demonstrable experience of Design and Project Management Services for Caravan Parks.Awards
