Replacement staircases and repair works are required to the 3-storey building block of parades on Drayton Road and Colman Road made up of a ground floor shop and maisonette. UPDATE DECEMBER2021 - Project was put on hold due to Covid19 and the Leasehold consultation process. Was taken off hold in October 2021. The winning supplier advised there had been an uplift in costs due to material increases but uplift was still below the other bids so the council have not been required to re-award. Project will now commence on site May2022 with fabrication of staircases to start from Jan22.
