The scope of services will include within the TA component:-- programme and contract management,-- management and accountability for end to end procurement activities,-- management of and accountability for suppliers and programme partners,-- stakeholder engagement,-- working with local government, local communities, suppliers, and NGOs for effective implementation and to build their capacity in the delivery of the Programme Outputs.The Service Provider will centrally manage the TA component, on behalf of DFID, from one programme office based in the MESVTEE in Lusaka, Zambia. The Service Provider's contract will be for a period of three years from 2014 to 2017, subject to satisfactory completion of the Inception Phase. There will be annual break points incorporated within the contract and extension of an additional year possible. The Service Provider will manage and be accountable for programme funds, manage contracts and sub-contract delivery to relevant local and international organisations, including the Government of the Republic of Zambia through the MESVTEE.Awards
