The blocks comprise of 144 dwellings spread across ten floors. Hillingdon requires the Commulite lighting system or equal and equivalent product (to be approved by Hillingdon's representative) to be installed within these buildings. The new Communal Lighting System (or equal and equivalent) works will broadly comprise of the installation of 427 LED (Light Emitting Diode) luminaries supplied from 8 Control Panels with 8 local test positions. It includes; but not limited to the design, supply, and installation, commissioning and hand-over of a complete Communal Lighting System with integrated emergency lighting. It includes the provision of O&M Manuals and training to Hillingdon Housing Service (HHS) representative in charge of the blockAwards
