This can be done at any time. via this web link: https://commercialsolutions.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.shtml Project number 1315 -- ITT number 1571 -- This is the only route through which The Commissioners will conduct communications with Potential Bidders, and accept completed ITT documents. -- Full project information is available within the Bravo portal NHS England South Region is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement under which one or more successful Bidders will be appointed to provide local general medical services in short term and exceptional circumstances predominately to NHS Area Teams in the NHS England South Region. However, other Commissioning Organisations in the Region, including Primary Care Commissioners and Clinical Commissiong Groups (CCGs) with delegated authority for Primary Care Commissioning will have access to the Framework. Essentially the Framework will be designed to increase the options open to primary care commissioners and simplify the timeline and process for securing short term general medical services locally. Call off arrangements for General Medical Services under the Framework will be purchased from the providers using the Standard APMS Contracts, where necessary, after further competitions between suitably qualified providers have been carried out. The Framework will be awarded for four (4) Years with an option to invite additional providers to qualify after two years of the Framework. Expressions of interest are therefore invited from suitably qualified and experienced, local, regional and national general medical service providers, practice federations (where they are a legal entity) and multi-specialty providers. Providers applying to join the Framework will be CQC registered and will be subject to quality, readiness and value for money assessment in order to ensure the quality and continuity of primary care provision. NHS England South anticipates having the Framework in place by the summer of 2015.
