The scope of support services includes the roles of Client Representive, Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor, CDM-Coordinator and Clerk of Works / quality inspectors to its residential housing stock comprising approximately 6,281 properties in the contract area, of which 1,441 are leasehold and 4,840 are tenanted. The number of properties may increase or decrease over the term of the Programme. The Authority intends to enter into a bespoke form of TPC2005 (amended 2008) with one successful service provider for a period of 60 months. Task Orders will be issued annually subject to satisfactory performance by the service provider against pre-determined Key Performance Indicators. Award of contract is no guarantee of any work.Awards
