The British Library is leading a collaborative procurement with The Museum of London and Department of Culture Media and Sports Arms Length Bodies in the Galleries, Libraries and Museums sector including The British Museum, Tate Britain, Tate Modern, Victoria and Albert Museum, Natural History Museum, The Science Museum Group, Imperial War Museums, National Gallery and National Portrait Museum. The framework will be in two separate lots. Bidders can apply for either Lot one for the provision of Advertising Media Planning and Buying including Digital Marketing Services or Lot two for the provision of Digital Marketing Services only. The purpose is to drive onsite exhibition , events and permanent visitor attraction visits as well online visitor traffic and transactions. Selected service providers must have a solid understanding and knowledge of the specialist arts and culture sector and our different target audiences and advertising media across a wide range of activity for each Lot they are interested in. Potential providers must be able to offer excellent value for money through negotiations of discounts and possess a high level of media research skills, market research, analysis and customer service. Contracts to fulfil the requirements of Contracting Authorities individual work packages will be formed under the framework agreements either directly or via further competition ( mini-tender ). We are seeking expressions of interest from a number of appropriately qualified and experienced companies to provide these services.
