Prospective bidders shall ensure that they are fully familiar with the nature and extent of the contract to be accepted by them if their tender is accepted. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further twelve months. Total value of contract is 7 000 000 GBP over the four years of the contract (inclusive of extension). For the purposes of this procurement the Framework is divided into two lots and tenderers are invited to bid for either or both lots.
