The Contract may also include the conveyance of samples and light goods to various locations (if required). The Contractor must provide 24 hours per day, 365 days per year service cover and have a permanently manned office for booking ad hoc journeys. The contract will be for an initial period of twelve (12) months with the option to extend for up to a further twelve (12) months (subject to satisfactory performance). You must be registered with the Care Quality Commission and have a valid Certificate Number and be authorised to carry out the activities required by this contract.
