The participants may be referred to receive training at any time during the contract term on an ad hoc basis when the individual is identified. It would be expected to host the participant on the next available training session or otherwise as agreed with the participant or their employer. * These training courses shall be delivered in person. Training facilities need to be within the Sheffield Local Authority area. * Individuals shall achieve a nationally recognised Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification Certificate on completion of the course. * All required information for participants will be passed to the training Provider by Advance * All joining instruction and joining details will be passed to participants by the Provider. * These courses are for employed individuals who wish to upskill or change career so must be delivered at appropriate times to accommodate working individuals.Awards
