Accent Peerless are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carryout annual Landlord's Gas Safety checks and servicing on a three star basis to provide gas appliance maintenance/breakdown repairs to domestic gas appliances. including all electrical work associated with the installation. The contract is intended to cover but not be exclusive to the following: 1) Domestic gas systems and controls; 2) Checking other gas appliances. Carrying out the annual servicing and providing gas appliance maintenance/breakdown repairs to domestic and commercial appliances owned by the housing association within a five year measured term JCT contract. The contractor will be required to operate an appointment system to arrange servicing and maintenance visits with tenants. The contractor's performance will be continually monitored and measured by Accent Peerless Housing Association in terms of gas safety inspection compliancy, inspection visits achieved on time in a 12 month period, the numbers and timescale to complete breakdowns and the customer satisfaction with the contractors work. The contractor will be required to complete all necessary paperwork, log books, forms and certificates as required by the work and present same to client as demanded. Web portal will be put in place for contractor to access Peerless system. Approx. 3 700 domestic gas properties have gas appliances, requiring annual safety inspection, servicing and maintenance works and the housing association operates a 10 month servicing cycle. However this volume of units and number of sites is an estimate only and the contracting authority does not warrant, represent or guarantee that these will be the final number of properties which need to be serviced pursuant to any awarded contract. Full details of the properties will be included in the contract documents. Potential tenderers shall note that the contracting authority intends to incorporate a performance regime within the proposed contract which will be based on performance reviews and assessments against key performance indicators. Failure to perform against these key performance indicators may result in work being removed from the possible contractor and/or result in termination of any agreement which may be awarded pursuant to this notice.Adjudicaciones
