The supplier delivering these services must work in conjunction with the programme developer, Oregon Social Learning Center (OSLC) and should have, or be working towards, network partner status with OSLC. In addition, the supplier is expected to support the development and roll out of Multisystemic Therapy (MST) in partnership with the programme developers, including MST services and relevant government departments. The overarching aims are to: a) Provide programme development, support, training and consultation for current staff and carers involved in the development and provision of multidimensional treatment foster care in England (MTFCE). This covers teams developing the MTFCE model in all 3 age ranges: (i) prevention (ages 3-6); (ii) children (ages 7-11) and (iii) adolescents (ages 10-16),and supporting the continued implementation of KEEP; b) Provide programme development, support, training and consultation for the implementation of the new programme adaptations; c) Support all sites to achieve accreditation for MTFC-A, MTFC-P, MTFC-C d) Support all programmes to reach the standard required for accreditation by the programme developer; e) Support the programme development, training and consultation for new and current MST programmes; f) To ensure co-ordination between the programmes set out in this tender and other evidence-based programmes to support the local sites and partnerships, working with other programme developers as appropriate; Please note this is a non-mandatory advertisement, this is a Part B/residual service and is exempt from many provisions in the Public Contract Regulations 2006.Awards
