North Ayrshire Council intends to procure a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Minor Structural Works Consultancy Services. It is anticipated that up to four consultants may be appointed. Contracts shall be for 3 years with an option to extend for a further year. Estimated expenditure 75 000 GBP per annum. Civil and structural engineering design, surveys and reports, principally to buildings and historic structures. Projects are in Housing, Educational, Social Services and Environmental buildings and their environs. Tender and Operation of Framework. The tenders shall be evaluated on a 70 to 30 Cost to Quality ratio. Tenders which are more than plus or minus 35 % of the mean cost value shall not be considered further.
