Works may comprise new buildings, extensions to existing buildings, conversion/refurbishment of existing buildings, works to ensure compliance with various legislative requirements, e.g. legionella, fire safety, DDA, mechanical and electrical engineering works and enabling works in advance of major capital works projects. This Agreement is a mechanism for engaging Main Contractors (Contractors) to deliver the range of Projects as required, the Contractors will be required to deliver the full Project which may include the needs for subcontracting for mechanical, electrical, fit-out, painting and decorating, flooring as required. For the purposes of the Agreement, Works are defined as any Project with a construction price of between 10 000 GBP and 1 000 000 GBP net of VAT.Awards
