As members of the College project team, the appointed consultancy will be required to provide a professional consultancy service for the development of the project from inception to satisfactory completion of a RIBA stage C design report to facilitate a submission to the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) for a College Capital Investment Fund (CCIF) grant bid application. At this point the consultant team services will be put on hold until such time as grant funding is awarded when the services will be progressed to completion and post project review. The College reserves the right to terminate the services in writing with all design information being provided to the College in electronic format free of any copyright should grant funding not be awarded or for any other reason the College deem that the project cannot commence. Nature of Contract: To appoint a consultancy for the provision of Architectural Lead Design Services based upon the scope of services contained in appendix A and the general terms and conditions of the GC/Works/5 General conditions for the appointment of consultants (1998).Awards
