Allgemeine Beschreibung der Hauptmassnahme - Hauptprojekt IC Neu Simmering : Im Werk Simmering, am Standort der OBB -Technischen Services GmbH in 1110 Wien, Grillgasse 48 gilt es weitere Infrastruktur fur die Indstandhaltung der OBB PV Fahrzeuge zu schaffen. In Simmering sollen die Fahrzeuge instandgehalten werden mit einer Lange von 205m bestehend aus sieben Personenwagen mit der Lange von 185 Metern und einer Lok mit der Lange von ca. 20m. Die Wartung dieser Fahrzeuge fur die schwere und leichte Instandhaltung in Stillagen soll am Standort Simmering gewahrleistet werden aufgrund unmittelbarer Nahe zum Hauptbahnhof, damit die Leerfahrten so gering wie nur moglich gehalten werden konnen. Es gilt entsprechende Infrastruktur und Objekte fur der Fahrzeuge zu schaffen bzw. in die bestehende Infrastruktur einzufugen Gefordert ist eine neue, dem TS-Standard und der Fahrzeuglange entsprechende Servicehalle, mit allen notwendigen, baulichen, maschinellen und eisenbahntechnischen Ausrustungen. Projektinhalt besteht aus dem Neubau einer Instandhaltungshalle (L=235m; B=24m; H=>12m) mit zwei Gleisen inkl. notwendiger Arbeitsgruben, Manipulationsgleis fur Drehgestelle ausserhalb oder innerhalb der Werkstatt, Funktionsobjekte wie Buros, Aussenanlagen etc. Zusatzlich zum Hauptprojekt IC Neu Simmering gilt es Abstellflachen zu schaffen fur die Fahrzeuge der Mitarbeiter im Bereich vor dem Objekt 10.
