In dieser Leistungsstufe werden Ressourcen beschafft, die je nach Einsatzgebiet verschiedene Aufgaben in der Netzwerkplanung, Netzwerkbetrieb, der System- und Benutzer-, wie auch der Prozess- und Verfahrensdokumentation und in verschiedenen Bereichen der Systemadministration von Enterprise-Systemen wahrnehmen konnen. Die Netzwerkplanung umfasst die Planung von Netzwerken, deren Komponenten und deren Zusammenspiel unter Berucksichtigung der Aspekte der Sicherheit und Verlasslichkeit in all ihren Auspragungen zur Bereitstellung samtlicher mittelbar oder unmittelbar netzwerkbezogenen Dienste eines Enterprise Environments. Ebenso umfasst die Netzwerkbetreuung den Betrieb all dieser Netzwerke, Komponenten und Dienste, im Besonderen Uberwachung, Sicherstellung der Betriebsfahigkeit, Behebung von Storungen, Durchfuhrung von Wartungs-, Konfigurations- und Umbaumassnahmen.Awards
