Fenster, wie auch ein neues Dach an der neu zu errichtenden Instandhaltungshalle zu errichten. Im Jahr 2026 sind die Restarbeiten avisiert. Diese umfassen folgende Leistungen: - Dach der Instandsetzungshalle als industrielles Photovoltaikgrundach (Dachaufbau: Trapezblechakkustikprofile mit Sickenfuller, Dampfsperre, Dammung, Kunststoff-Dachabdichtung, extensiver Dachbegrunung und PV-Unterkonstruktion) - Dach uber dem Lager des Betriebsgebaudes auf Stahlbetondecke (Dachaufbau: Dampfsperre, Dammung, Kunststoff-Dachabdichtung und extensiver Dachbegrunung) - Dach auf dem Betriebsgebaude auf Stahlbetondecke bzw. Holzelementdecke (Burobereich) mit Dachabsturzgelander (Dachaufbau: Dampfsperre, Dammung und Kunststoff-Dachabdichtung) - Eindeckung der Kalthalle/ Kaltlager mit Trapezblecheindeckung mit Halterungen fur PV-Elemente sowie Seilsicherungssystem Spenglerarbeiten wie Attikaverblechungen, Dachrinnen, Fallrohre etc - Dachoberlichter als Lichtbander und Lichtkuppeln, zum Teil mit RWA und/ oder Luftungsfunktion - Fassade der Instandsetzungshalle und des Betriebsgebaudes als 2-schalige hinterluftete Aussenwandkonstruktion (C-Kassette, Dammung, Luftschicht, Vorhangfassade) in Teilflachen mit flachenbundig integrierter Fassaden-begrunung und bereichsweise vorbereitet fur flachenbundig zu integrierende Fassaden-PV- Module - Fassade im Bereich von ,,tragenden" Aussenwanden im selben Fassadenaufbau, jedoch ohne tragende Innenschale Fassade der Kalthalle/ Kaltlager als Trapezblechbekleidung mit Unterkonstruktion fur Fassadenberankung - Abtrennung der Instandsetzungshalle vom Graffitigleis mittels Trennwand aus Sandwichpaneelen Aussenturen, 1- und 2-fluglig, als Stahlturelemente mit Lichtausschnitt - Fensterelemente unter Beachtung der Warme- und Schallschutzanforderungen einschl.
