Binnen haar muren zorgt zij voor de ICT dienstverlening voor ruim 2 000 personeelsleden en ongeveer 18 000 studenten. De instelling is geografisch verspreid (een 6-tal campussen, gelegen in Brussel, Dilbeek, Schaarbeek, Gent, Aalst en St. Niklaas). Meer en meer wordt er ook onderwijs op afstand gegevens.ODISEE wenst over te gaan tot het aankopen en in dienst nemen van een systeem dat het installeren, uitrollen en beheer van software-titels op eindgebruikerstoestellen vereenvoudigt en toelaat om een betere controle te hebben over de benodigde en gebruikte licenties.Het systeem dient zowel in de eigen omgeving (klassen, burelen, ie pc gekoppeld aan het eigen domein) als in een BYOD scenario (pc's van derden, bv. studenten, onderzoekers, medewerkers van andere instellingen, ...) bruikbaar te zijn.Momenteel wordt er enkel gekeken naar een oplossing voor toestellen onder Microsoft Windows (versies 7 en later), de beschikbaarheid van een oplossing op andere platformen (Linux, iOS, Android, ...) zal als een bijkomende troef worden beschouwd.ODISEE zoekt in dit verband zowel een technologische oplossing, als een betrouwbare en solide partner met voldoende ervaring in een onderwijscontext die ons kan bijstaan om de geboden oplossing zo optimaal mogelijk in te zetten.Awards
