Le soumissionnaire doit presenter une offre pour tous les lots, a peine de nullite, et tous les lots seront attribues au meme prestataire.La conclusion du marche concerne l'ensemble du marche, le pouvoir adjudicateur n'etant lie que par la tranche ferme (c'est-a-dire le LOT 2).
