Met deze infrastructuur werd een ruime expertise opgebouwd, zowel didactisch als onderzoeksmatig, om een optimaal leerrendement bij de lerende te bekomen. Om blijvend state-of-the art simulatiesessies te kunnen aanbieden aan zowel zorgprofessionals in opleiding als zorgprofessionals in het werkveld is een update van de bestaande simulatieomgevingen noodzakelijk. Dit past ook binnen het "Interreg Vlaanderen-Nederland project StimulanZ" - (S(t)imuLEREN in de zorg) Dit project zet in op een sterke grensoverstijgende samenwerking tussen onderwijsinstellingen om, via hybride leeromgevingen, de verbinding tussen onderwijs en noden vanuit de zorg-arbeidsmarkt te versterken. Toekomstige zorgverleners worden ondersteund via krachtige simulatieomgevingen en trainingen met sterke aandacht voor de aansluiting onderwijs-arbeidsmarkt, het interprofessioneel samenwerken en de evoluerende (hoog)technologische zorgsettings. Hogeschool Vives Noord en Vives Zuid wensen over te gaan tot de aankoop van vier nieuwe High Fidelity Patient Simulation mannikins om te gebruiken in een realistische setting.Awards
