Cette prestation de services s'inscrit dans l'obligation de reprise des dechets d'emballages menagers par Fost Plus conformement a l'Accord de Cooperation. A cette fin, le pouvoir adjudicateur a conclu un contrat avec Fost Plus, l'organisme agree pour les dechets d'emballages menagers.
