Le second lot porte sur la realisation des differents projets ICT de securite. Les 2 lots font l'objet d'une attribution commune. Le marche pour le Lot 1 porte sur une quantite de 660 jours d'assistance sur 3 ans et prend cours le premier jour calendrier qui suit le jour ou le prestataire de services a recu la notification d'attribution du marche et est conclu pour une duree de 3 ans. Le marche peut, en application de l'article 17, SS 2, 2deg, b) etre prolonge 2 fois pour un an. Dans le cas ou le marche n'est pas prolonge, le prestataire de services ne peut reclamer des dommages et interets du chef de cette decision. Le marche pour le lot 2 prend cours le premier jour calendrier qui suit le jour ou le prestataire de services a recu la notification d'attribution du marche.
