De aannemer garandeert de installatie van begin tot volledige indienststelling, over aansluiting op het net, tot en met het onderhoud over de voorziene periode van 20 jaar. De inschrijver dient er zich toe te verbinden dat alle subsidies, premies of certificaten ten gunste zijn van de aanbesteder. Met de ingebruikname van dit zonne-energiesysteem wenst de aanbesteder tevens zijn vrije keuze op de markt van de commerciele elektriciteitsleveranciers te behouden. Met het oog op een snelle, efficiente en op elkaar afgestemde aaneenschakeling van de diverse stappen (levering, installatie, interventiecontract,...) wordt deze opdracht in geintegreerde vorm aanbesteed. De volledige installatie dient gekeurd en in bedrijf te zijn, ten laatste 12 maanden na de gunning. Een strikte planning is dus aangewezen. De aanbesteder verwacht van de inschrijver een duidelijk projectplan waarin wordt aangegeven binnen welke termijnen de verschillende projectactiviteiten zullen uitgevoerd worden en op welke tijdstippen hierover formeel gecommuniceerd zal worden.
