Evenementen: De gegunde leverancier zal integrale ondersteuning bieden aan de dienst 'Evenementen' voor de organisatie en implementatie van evenementen. Zowel grote bijeenkomsten van meer dan 250 personen (zoals bijvoorbeeld de kadervergadering, de Fluviusdag, nieuwjaarsreceptie...) als kleinere ontmoetingen met minder dan 250 deelnemers (zoals bijvoorbeeld infosessies voor directies, DNB vergaderingen...) zijn in scope. Voor grote evenementen is de partner aan boord vanaf de conceptfase t.e.m. realisatie: per opdracht wordt een voorstel uitgewerkt van concept, technische opstelling, benodigd materiaal en technische ondersteuning tijdens het event. Hij is verantwoordelijk voor de opbouw , het goede verloop tijdens de bijeenkomst, de afbouw na het evenement en eventuele nazorg. 2. Materiaal en diensten op afroep: - Huur / aankoop van audiovisuele middelen (bv. klankinstallatie) - Onderhoud op deze middelen (bv. herstelling) - Technische ondersteuning voor de Fluvius studio en bij evenementen - Advies (techniek / inrichting) - Logistiek (stockage & vervoer materiaal) Het gaat niet over multimediaoplossingen voor in de Fluvius vergaderzalen. Vaste installaties binnen de gebouwen van Fluvius zonder bediening van een technieker worden beheerd door de dienst 'ICT- systemen & Operaties - werkplekken'. Info-en beursstanden vallen ook buiten scope van deze opdracht. Voor de audiovisuele materialen voor op info-en beursstanden kan eventueel op afroep via de gegunde leverancier van dit dossier beroep gedaan worden. Er wordt in dit dossier gekozen voor Single Sourcing.Awards
