Od tih 56 ha za prodaju je predvideno oko 98 000 m2 gradevinskog zemljista, odnosno oko 56 parcela po cca 2000 m2. Planira se izgraditi oko 47 000 m2 komunalne infrastrukture, cesta i parkiralista, te urediti oko 72 000 m2 okolisa.Lokacija Transportno-logistickog centra (TLC-a) u ukupnoj povrsini od 56 ha je predvidena na nekadasnjem ranzirnom kolodvoru Vinkovci (k.c. 1552 k.o. Vinkovacko Novo Selo) koji trenutno nije u funkciji, te na cestici 151 k.o. Vinkovacko Novo Selo sjeverno od teretnog dijela kolodvora u vlasnistvu RH.Awards
