Isporucena elektricna energija mora sadrzavati minimalno 50% elektricne energije iz obnovljivih izvora. Obnovljivi izvori energije su obnovljivi nefosilni izvori energije odnosno energija vjetra, sunceva energija, aerotermalna, geotermalna i hidrotermalna energija, energija mora, energija vodotoka, energija iz biomase, plina iz deponije otpada, plina iz postrojenja za obradu otpadnih voda i bioplina. (Zakona o trzistu elektricne energije, NN br. 111/21). Popis obracunskih mjernih mjesta je promjenjiv zbog mogucnosti uvodenja novih i ukidanja postojecih mjernih mjesta tijekom trajanja Ugovora. Obracun elektricne energije vrsit ce se prema obracunskim mjernim mjestima navedenima u popisu prema Opcim uvjetima za koristenje mreze i opskrbu elektricnom energijom (NN 104/20) i Mreznim pravilima elektroenergetskog sustava (NN 36/06).Awards
