Novo stanje povijesne gradevine (cjelina A) obuhvaca sanaciju objekta, te se u sklopu planiranog zahvata predvida promjena namjene gradevine u administrativno upravne prostorije Grada Kastva sa pripadajucom multifunkcionalnom dvoranom koja ce sluziti za odrzavanje sjednica, ali i predvida koristenje u svrhu kulturnih dogadaja kao i manjih konferencijskih dogadaja.
