The compute nodes will be deployed in production runs for scientific and engineering applications that will specifically target problems in climate and environmental research as well as industrial-based use cases. The successful tenderer should supply HPC CPU (compute) nodes and related interconnect equipment to enable state-of-the-art parallel, distributed application codes. The procurement is a collaborative effort between CARE-C Center of Excellence under the EMME-CARE Teaming project and of the CaSToRC Center under the SimEA ERA-Chair project.
