Destova voda z povrchu komunikaci bude odtekat, jako doposud do stavajicich ulicnich vpusti. Nova parkovaci stani jsou navrzena z betonove dlazby (drenazni), ktera umoznuje zasakovani srazkove vody. Opravovane komunikace budou slouzit pro dopravni obsluhu a zajisteni pristupu k prilehlym objektum. Delka mistnich komunikaci je 505 m.
