Tvori samostatny dilatacni celek - pudorysne rozmery 21,6 x 19,3 m, vyska od podlahy nejnizsiho podlazi k atice - 7,65 m. Konstrukcne bude proveden v kombinaci monolitickeho zelezobetonu (stropy, sloupy, schodistove desky) a tradicniho cihelneho zdiva - nosne i obvodove steny - v tloustce 450 mm (obvodove steny) resp. 300 mm (vnitrni nosne steny). Strecha nad novym pavilonem je navrzena jako dvouplastova provetravana plocha. Nosnou konstrukci druheho plaste nad zelezobetonovym stropem tvori drevene prihradove vazniky, krytina je foliova. Nove operne zdi podel pozemku skolky jsou navrzeny jako zelezobetonove.Awards
