Obsahem dila je rozsireni stavajiciho zdeneho objektu podlouhleho obdelnikoveho tvaru s jednim nadzemnim a jednim podzemnim podlazim, zastreseny plochou strechou o navrhovane 2NP zastresene sedlovou strechou. Pudorysne zustane zachovan puvodni tvar objektu. V 1PP dojde k zamene vstupnich dveri do 1PP. V 1NP dojde ke stavebnim upravam stavajich mistnosti, uprave zdi, dveri, podlah kolem menenych konstrukci a podlahy v menenem socialnim zazemi. Nove vyzdivky jsou navrzeny z keramickych tvarnic, krytina sedlove strechy z keramickych palenych tasek. Cely objekt bude nove zatepleny tepelnou izolaci z EPS. Materialove bude fasada provedena standardnim kontaktnim zateplovacim systemem s finalni omitkou. Barvy budou voleny jemne, prevazujici bila barva s jemnymi barevnymi doplnky. Objekt bude prosvetlen jednotlivymi a pasovymi okny v kombinaci se stresnimi okny.Awards
