Kolem fotbaloveho hriste jsou stavajici plochy s zivicnym povrchem, ktere budou vybourany a budou zde vybudovany nove prostory pro sport a volny cas. V severni casti arealu bude vybudovano sportoviste (SO 01) s umelym povrchem - tenis, minitenis, cvicny tenis o stenu, volejbal, nohejbal, streetbalu. Sportoviste je lichobeznikoveho pudorysu o celkovych rozmerech ~ 37,23 m x 24,88 m. Ve vychodni casti arealu bude situovana rozbehova draha a doskociste pro skok daleky (SO 03) o celkove delce 40,80 m, draha s. 1,30 m. V zapadni casti arealu bude vybudovana draha pro beh na 50 m o celkove delce 62,10 m a sirky 2,60 m. Dale bude v teto casti vybudovan pristup do arealu ze zamkove dlazby a ze zelezobetonove konstrukce. V jizni casti arealu budou do noveho umeleho povrchu instalovany stavajici posilovaci stroje - rozmer plochy 13,60 m x 2,10 m.Awards
