Bude provedeno vnejsi zatepleni ucelenou sestavou v pruhu minimalne 900 mm. A to prubeznym pruhem v urovni zalozeni vnejsiho zatepleni, a prubeznymi pruhy nad otvory jednotlivych podlazi (vcetne sklepnich) okolo celeho objektu. V suterenu bude provedena vymena stavajicich dveri vc. zarubni vedouci ze schodistoveho prostoru do chodeb a technickeho suterenu. Budou provedeny elektroinstalacni prace, zdravotechnika a ustredni vytapeni. Pri vymene kanalizacniho potrubi nebudou poruseny predely v instalacnich sachtach na urovni jednotlivych stropu, a nove budou prostupy kanalizacniho potrubi vsemi predely ve stropech utesneny. Nad vstupy (prednimi i zadnim) budou osazeny nove strisky, nad poslednimi balkony budou osazeny nove strisky.Awards
