Poptavana bezna udrzba a opravy pozemnich komunikaci budou zahrnovat predevsim: opravy asfaltovych konstrukci vozovek, dlazdenych krytu komunikaci, kaveren a odvodneni komunikaci, opravy a udrzby dopravne-bezpecnostniho zarizeni (napr. svodidla, zabradli), dale tez technologie prodluzujici zivotnost a osetreni spar. Souvisla udrzba pak bude zahrnovat prace v souvislych usecich, slouzici k zachovani a obnove pasivnich vlastnosti komunikaci. Podkladem pro rozhodnuti o provedeni souvisle udrzby jsou vysledky systemu hospodareni s vozovkou, prip. vyhodnocene udaje z prohlidek komunikaci.Na zaklade RS bude zadavatel zadavat ucastnikum teto RS jednotlive dilci zakazky na stavebni prace, pricemz se vzdy bude jednat o verejnou zakazku maleho rozsahu nebo o podlimitni verejnou zakazku, jejiz predpokladana hodnota nepresahne castku 10 mil.
