Zadavatel proto hodla uzavrit s vybranym dodavatelem smlouvu o dodavce a odberu plynu ve smyslu BAL NC a vyhlasky o Pravidlech trhu s plynem. Smlouva bude vyuzita pouze v pripade, ze se nezdari provest potrebnou vyrovnavaci akci nastrojem s vyssi prioritou, tedy zejmena nakupem nebo prodejem plynu na trhu organizovanem operatorem trhu. Maximalni mnozstvi plynu, ktery je uchazec povinen dodat/odebrat za jeden plynarensky den v obdobi plneni zakazky, je 25 000 MWh.
