Predmetem RD bude stanoveni pravniho ramce pro poskytovani odbornych sluzeb pro zadavatele v oblastech tykajicich se: - strategickeho a manazerskeho poradenstvi, - podpory Zadavatele pri vytvareni dilcich strategickych ci obsahove odbornych materialu, - podpory Zadavatele v ramci koncepcni, analyticke, implementacni ci post-implementacni podpory pri reseni uloh dle specifickych pozadavku Zadavatele, - poskytovani odborneho poradenstvi, vcetne definice nejlepsi ci dobre praxe, porovnani s konkurenci a pripadovych studii.
