Objekt je nemovitou kulturni pamatkou. Bude provedena repase, castecna ci celkova vymena stavajicich drevenych a kovovych vyplni otvoru. V pripade castecne ci celkove vymeny bude provedena presna rozmerova a tvarova kopie. U vybranych drevenych ci kovovych vyplni bude provedena restauratorska oprava dodavatelem s odbornou zpusobilosti. Vnejsi kridla otvoru budou osazena tepelne izolacnim dvojsklem s teplym distancnim rameckem, pokud neni ve vypisu prvku uvedeno jinak. Zatepleni stropu 4.NP pavilonu S bude provedeno v pudnim prostoru zateplenim podlahy mineralni vatou, kde budou pro pristup zrizeny pochozi revizni lavky z OSB desek ulozenych na tramovy polystyren.
