Leverancen skal tage udgangspunkt i konfigurering af et LIMS standardsystem med et minimum af specialudvikling.LIMS standardsystemet skal sikre at ca. 60 decentrale proveudtagere kan registrere prover i forbindelse med kontrolbesog hos virksomheder. LIMS standardsystemet skal benyttes af ca. 120 laboratoriemedarbejdere pa alle kemiske og mikrobiologiske laboratorier inden for Fodevarestyrelsens omrade aktuelt placeret i Ringsted, Arhus og Esbjerg samt tilknyttede eksterne laboratorier.LIMS standardsystemet skal handtere den samlede hovedproces for styring af prover og analyser fra planlaegning til godkendelse og sagsbehandling. Hovedprocessen bestar af 6 trin:1. opret proveprojekt,2. udtag og opret prove,3. modtag og forbehandl prove,4. fa analyseoverblik,5. indtast resultat og,6. godkend prove, analyseattest og faktura.Systemet skal vaere dimensioneret til at handtere den samlede proveproces for ca. 150 000 prover arligt. Alle data skal vaere online tilgaengelige i 5 ar.LIMS standardsystemet skal baseres pa rollebaseret rettighedsstyring og skal sikre, at hver bruger far adgang til en brugergraenseflade der hurtigt giver overblik over igangvaerende og kommende opgaver inden for eget ansvarsomrade.LIMS standardsystemet skal primaert via webservices integrere til blandt andet: ESDH (Captia version 4.5), Digital fakturering (Navision Stat), Kontrolobjektregister KOR (Microsoft .net platform), Digital kontrol DIKO (Microsoft .net platform) og FVST Datawarehouse (Microsoft SQL-server). LIMS standardsystemet skal vaere forberedt til at kunne udstille systemets data via webservices til FVSTs fremtidige IT-systemer.Leverancen skal omfatte alle nodvendige ydelser vedrorende installation, systemkonfiguration, specialudvikling af hovedsageligt integrationer, system og brugerdokumentation, uddannelse og intern projektledelse.FVST rader over et tidssvarende IT-miljo, hvor nyeste versioner af forretningssystemer er idriftsat i 2010 eller senere.Leverancen kan tage udgangspunkt i at FVST har brugsret til en raekke licenser pa nyeste tilgaengelige version af SQL*LIMS (kan opgraderes vederlagsfrit til LabVantage version 6) og Labware LIMS. Leverancen kan ogsa tage udgangspunkt i andre LIMS standardsystemer.Der forventes kun begraenset datakonvertering fra udfasede LIMS systemer.Awards
