Projektet skal saledes tilvejebringe detaljerede registreringer, om hvor hver fangstoperation (trawltraek) er foregaet med henblik pa at kunne dokumentere generel regeloverholdelse i jomfruhummerfiskeriet i Kattegat, herunder i forhold til udsmid af torsk og andre arter samt affald. Projektet har saerligt fokus pa at monitorere bifangsterne af torsk, da torskebestanden og dermed ogsa kvoten for torsk er pa et meget lavt niveau. Ordregiveren indgar en individuel aftale med alle deltagende fartojsejere om en "Vessel Monitoring Plan", der definerer de praecise krav til installation af kameraer, sensorer, hardware mv. Den overordnede model for transmission af sensor- og videodata af et flowdiagram i bilag 2 til rammaftalen.Awards
