Facilitatoren skal ogsa vaere igangsaetter med etablering af lokale netvaerk, samt arbejdet i og med netvaerk.Facilitatorens funktion er at virke som katalysator for projekterne, at medvirke til udvikling af problemformuleringen i ansogninger, at udvikle vidensgrundlaget og fungere som sparringspartner for initiativer inden for programmets omrade.Awards
