Serviceaftalen indgas for et ar af gangen efter udlob af garantiperioden. Serviceaftalen indgas pa baggrund af Kontraktbilag D. Tilbudsgiver skal ved tilbud om serviceaftale, indsaette tilbudt responstid i Kontraktbilag D -- Serviceaftale, samt angive pris i Kontraktbilag B -- Prisskema.Budgetrammen for kobet er 1 700 000 DKK (ex. moms) inkl. alle i ovenstaende pkt. a)-f) naevnte produkter og ydelser (initialordre). Dette betyder, at ordregiver vil afvise samtlige tilbud, som overstiger budgetrammen for initialordren pa 1 700 000 DKK (ex. moms) inkl. service og undervisning.Ordregiver vil stille udstyret til radighed for den vindende tilbudsgiver i udvalgte situationer, efter naermere aftale med ordregiver. Saledes kan tilbudsgiver aftale adgang til anlaegget til salgsfremmende tiltag, udviklingsaktiviteter mv. Anvendelse af anlaegget vil blive tilbudt pa samme vilkar som RUC tilbyder andre eksterne kunder.Nar naervaerende udbudsforretning er overstaet, skal den vindende tilbudsgiver indga i dialog med ordregiver i forhold til indretning og modificering af lokalet, hvor udstyret skal placeres. Fornodne elinstallationer stilles til radighed af ordregiver. Jf. nedenstaende pkt. 5.1.2 er det et krav at tilbudsgiver forud for tilbudsafgivelse har besigtiget de berorte lokaler.For yderligere detaljer vedrorende krav til anskaffelsen henvises til Kontraktbilag A -- Kravspecifikation.Ordregiver indgar kontrakt med en leverandor om levering, installation og evt. servicering af ovennaevnte leverance.Awards
