Skibet er udstyret med et system til styring af retning og omdrejninger af skibets 2 x azimutpropeller fra de forskellige "styrerpulte" pa broen/i maskinen. Systemet hedder EW Aquapilot control system og er leveret af Rolls Royce ved ny-bygning. Systemet er slidt og risikerer udfald, og Sofartsstyrelsen onsker derfor at udskifte manovresystemet m. et nyt system, der kan integreres i skibet m de eksisterende thrustere (retrofitting). Installationen skal udfores pa Assens skibsvaerft,i DK pa det tidspunkt, hvor der skal udfores hovedsyn pa skibet over 21.dage. Hovedsyn laegges i perioden 4. sep. 2024 +/- 3 maneder.
