Byggeriet skal opfores efter energiklasse 2015, og indeholder samlet ca. 7 500 m2.Byggeriet opfores med traditionel terraendaekskonstruktion, de enkelte huses facader i beton sandwich elementer, sammenbygget med etagehoje alu-glasfacader. Skillevaegge, dels i betonelementer og lette gips- og glasskillevaegge, samt mobilvaegge. Etagedaek som betonhuldaekelementer. Idraetshallens facader beklaedes med profilglas. Ovrige facadepartier i aluminium. Atrium overdaekkes med glas/alu-tag. Der udfores elevatorbetjening af alle etager. Husene bindes sammen med bro- og trappeforbindelser i beton og stal.
