AAB har i forbindelse med erhvervelsen af byggefeltet fra By og Havn forpligtet sig til at opfore 148 almene familieboliger, et faellesrum samt en daginstitution. Arkitektgruppen Ost A/S' ("Arkitektgruppen") ejer det tilstodende byggefelt 3.1.2 pa ejendommen, hvorpa der skal opfores private boliger. Ifolge lokalplanen skal der pa byggefelterne 3.1.1 og 3.1.2 opfores en boligkarre, som udadtil skal fremsta som et samlet byggeri med samme arkitektoniske og funktionelle udtryk. Arkitektgruppen og AAB har derfor indgaet aftale om, at Arkitektgruppen som delegeret bygherre skal opfore de almene familieboliger og daginstitutionen for ABB. AAB er omfattet af udbudsreglerne, og opforelsen af de almene familieboliger og daginstitutionen udbydes derfor som et begraenset udbud, jf. SS SS 58-60 i udbudsloven. Udbuddet er inddelt i 17 fagentrepriser, der udgor hver sin delaftale.Awards
