Jarelevalvatava ehitustoode toovotu Lepingu uldtingimused on ,,Toovotulepingu tingimused seadmestamiseks ja projekteerimiseks-ehitamiseks, elektri- ja seadmete paigaldamiseks ning ehitus- ja inseneritoodeks, kui projekteerib Toovotja, Esimene valjaanne 1999, mis on koostatud Insenerkonsultantide Rahvusvahelise Foderatsiooni (FIDIC) poolt (nn. ,,Kollane Raamat") Objektidel teostatakse pinnasereostuse likvideerimise tood peamiselt valjakaevamise ja teisaldamise meetodil. Toode jarelevalvajal peab olema nii oskusteave kui ka kogemus selles valdkonnas. Toode hange kuulutatakse valja paralleelselt kaesoleva hankega. Toode hankedokumentidega on kaesoleva hanke pakkujatel enne pakkumuse koostamist kindlasti soovitatav ja voimalik tutvuda hankija juures kohapeal.Awards
