The evaluator shall implement a general assessment of the experiment's achievement of goals; identify success criteria and any risk factors. The assessment shall clarify the degree of, and which way the experiment has contributed to new knowledge of the practice and the methods that contribute to improved follow-up of the users in NAV, and to what degree this knowledge is suitable for transferring and spreading to other NAV offices. The assessment includes the following three subject areas: 1. Organisation of the experiment as a whole and in each county project. 2. The training system developed in each part-project (NAV offices), in the county project, between the county projects and between the directorate and the county projects. 3. The collaboration internally in the county projects, between the participant in the three county projects and between the directorate and the county projects. The assessment of the actual testing of methods for work inclusion in the various part projects is not included in the assessment of this assignment. The assessment of the testing for the part projects shall be safeguarded by the involved university or the university college in each county project.
