Avand in vedere specificul proiectului respectiv, restaurarea unui monument istoric, executarea lucrarilor trebuie sa fie realizate in conformitate cu prevederile Legii 422/2001- actualizata pentru protejarea monumentelor istorice, a Ordinului 2495/2010 pentru aprobarea Normelor metodologice privind atestarea specialistilor, expertilor si verificatorilor tehnici in domeniul protejarii monumentelor istorice. Realizarea si implementarea investitiei care vizeaza restaurarea unui obiectiv de patrimoniu necesita activitati de executie de specialitate pentru a respecta legislatia nationala si comunitara aplicabila patrimoniului cultural national. Intrucat contractului ii sunt aplicabile prevederile art.28 alin.(7) si art.29 alin.(21) din O.U.G. nr. 34/2006 precizam ca procentul aferent cheltuielilor diverse si neprevazute este de 5% reprezentand 217.400,00 lei.Awards
