ESPO is working specifically on behalf of Warwickshire County Council to undertake a procurement exercise to establish a Framework Agreement for Consultancy Services relating to Singularity Process Platform (Lot 1) and Microsoft SharePoint (Lot 2). Partnering and bordering Authorities of Warwickshire County Council may also wish to use the Framework Agreement (these include, but are not limited to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and Coventry City Council). For the purpose of this tender, bids to provide services to Warwickshire will also be considered as bids to provide services to all Local Authorities in the East Midlands and West Midlands regions. The contract is for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The contract value over both Lots is estimated to be in the region of between 500 000 GBP and 1 000 000 GBP over its complete lifetime (including extension options) however ESPO does not offer any warranty as to the amount of activity that may be available.
