The purpose of the services is to assure the functioning and up-to-dateness of the permanent exhibition and the family trail exhibition by ensuring a high standard maintenance/renewal/updates of all exhibition equipment thus minimising the possible downtime. Specific ad-hoc services can be requested for temporary exhibitions (e.g. art-handling services; certain production services). The contract covers: 1) Daily technical operation; 2) Ad-Hoc services; (a) corrective maintenance; (b) preventive maintenance; (c) renewals of elements of the permanent exhibition and related services; (d) software updates and improvements; (e) ad-hoc production services for temp. exhibitions; (f) technical assistance outside general service hours.Awards
